Schrödinger's cat in quantum mechanics.. led us to talk about the ancient Egyptian goddess.. the cat "Bast".. and from her we went on to "Thoth".. the god of wisdom and knowledge.. whose mind contains all the sciences and arts and literature of the universe..
The previous episodes are in the last reference for anyone who wants to go back to them..
Bast was the only one, as we said, who entered the library of "Thoth" without permission.. there was a god at that time called "Anubis".. he was a human with the head of the "Egyptian jackal" or the "Egyptian wolf"..
"Anubis" could enter any place in the universe without permission.. because he was responsible for death.. and he accompanies the souls of the dead and guides them in the other world.. and he embalms the bodies.. and on the day of reckoning he weighs a person's deeds on the scales.. and sees which pan tips.. good or evil.. and after that either eternal immortality and bliss becomes your lot.. or eternal torment with the crocodile god "Sobek"..
This terrifying "Anubis" could not enter the library of "Thoth" without permission from him.. this library did not contain the books that Thoth reads.. because his mind, as we said, contains all the sciences in the universe.. it contained the books that they record.. and from them he teaches humans and records their fates...
"Thoth" made his library himself.. and its door did not open of itself except to him and to "Bast".. and it was enormous and vast, containing millions of manuscripts and books.. and despite that it was raised above the ground by several feet, against gravity.. in a way that no sciences are capable of.. except the sciences of "Thoth" who made it...
Einstein told us about the dual nature of matter.. and told us that it is a good and excellent explanation.. but not enough.. and a temporary way out of the dilemma that the quantum mechanics scientists faced...
Einstein rejected this Schrödinger's cat story.. and said to them.. so you gentlemen want to tell me that if the particles inside this box were gunpowder particles.. they would be burning and extinguished at the same time until I observe them.. then they go out and turn out not to have burned.. or they stay burning??
And if we assume that the cat inside the box has a plate of food with it.. then the cat is eating and sleeping at the same time.. until I observe it and it settles on one position?
And then every time we make a choice the universe splits?? How is that supposed to be? And here he said his famous sentence.. "God does not play dice with the universe"..
I do not like this talk.. and this story of "the truth cannot be grasped" does not please me.. and Heisenberg's business, that you measure a particle's position so its speed changes and you try to read its speed so its position changes, does not please me.. and there must be an absolute and a way by which we can measure these infinitely small particles...
As for Schrödinger, the cat.. or the particle.. was moving inside the box in several places or states.. length, width, height, up, down.. alive, dead.. but as for Einstein, there was a fourth dimension in which this cat was moving..
Time...
At what point in time did I observe this cat?
From here Einstein began working on a new theory.. trying to arrive at a law with which to observe these infinitely small subatomic particles..
And this theory he was working on was called "Unified field theory"..
This theory says that all the fundamental forces and the factors specific to these elementary particles.. can be written in the form of a single field.. and have one law that explains them...
Among the people who did not like Einstein's opinion was a scientist named "Niels Bohr".. the one in this picture with Einstein...
"Bohr" entered into a famous fierce debate with Einstein called the "Bohr–Einstein debates".. and despite this disagreement they remained friends until the end of their lives..
The Bohr–Einstein debates were a real gain for the philosophy of science.. and "Philosophy of science" is a branch of philosophy.. concerned with studying the philosophical foundations and assumptions and applications in the different sciences.. such as chemistry and physics and politics and others..
And a large part of Einstein's relativity.. began and remained philosophical to the end.. such as travelling through time...
Or "spacetime"...
Anyway, Einstein did not like the talk of quantum mechanics.. and despite that he researched it precisely..
Strange contradictions...
Can a shadow exist without light?
Can you really be in two states at the same time?
Can you exist in two places at the same time?
Einstein believed in this idea and began researching it.. and then after a while he rejected it.. and did not carry on researching it.. and the truth is that if he had carried on.. he would have taken the Nobel Prize a second time...
Can the quantum theory really be applied and you exist in two places at the same moment?
This is a discussion whose explanation would take long.. and there will be more to say...
